What Guests Are Saying
Edgewood campground offers a beautiful setting with scenic views of the lake and thick forest, making it a peaceful retreat for campers. Many visitors appreciated the cleanliness of the facilities, including showers, and the helpfulness of staff, particularly during emergencies. However, there are concerns about restroom cleanliness, maintenance of some sites, and the need for better communication regarding site amenities and accessibility. Overall, many guests enjoyed their stay and plan to return, albeit to different sites.

Clean and quiet and well maintained campground managed by a wonderful and helpful directors. Would recommend to everyone. The only thing wrong is it does not have a boat launching ramp.

Overall the campground was nice, the bathhouse was clean. Our campsite (#6) was not the best though. You had to be very careful stepping out of the camper because it was straight down from there. If you went out too fast you would probability end up going to the hospital. We will be back but we will stay in a better site.

The only reason I didn’t give this a 5 star review is bc the tent sites are on top of each other and had they been reserved we would have had to walk through their site to get to ours. My husband ended up just booking all three sites for the nights we were there so we wouldn’t have anyone that close to us.
Now the good, we have camped at quite a few places around Degray and this is probably my favorite! The view and lake access was perfect! The bathrooms were close and the campground was full of RV’s but we still felt like we were away from them.
I would for sure recommend this site, and we will be back!
