Great site with beautiful views. Great bathrooms, although we wish the water pressure was better.

If you are looking for a quiet and relaxing camp ground this is the one. I will say though that if you would like to go for a swim,I would recommend going to the day use area at shouse ford camp ground. If you are going to just fish this is the idea spot most of the camp spots are on flat level ground with easy lake access. The electric and water hook ups are a fisherman’s dream.

Normally park by lake but on busy time use site 8. It’s off lake but quiet and place in water to leave boat overnight. Large space and very quiet. Loved the huge fire fly display at night.

Nice quite campground!! New bathhouse with four private shower restroom facilities with air. Older restroom only houses were also clean. Grass was a little high but not to bad. It does not have a playground but shouse ford has one just down the road.

Tent sites are few, but nice...electric, water, fire ring, lantern pole, level tent pad. It stormed during my stay and the site drained well. The grass around the site was a bit high for a holiday weekend with some cans left behind around the fire ring by previous campers. Bath house is nice and clean. I camped alone and felt completely safe. Park employees drove by frequently.
