Camping was serene, peaceful and quiet!! The campgrounds were well maintained and clean. The spots were long and easily accommodated our 43 foot motor home and tow. We’ll be back!! So lovely there!!

Nice and peaceful. Bathrooms were clean. We stayed in a RV site with a tent. Surprised the tent stakes wouldn’t go into the ground. Lol. Lots of big rocks to hold the tent down. Previous camper left trash in fire pit. However, I would stay again. Park staff were nice and helpful.

Reservation was for ten nights not realizing that Choctaw had no water hookups. Had to make other arrangements. Left camper at Choctaw for two nights and stayed at daughter’s house. Found campsite at Lake Dardanelle State Park for the remainder of stay.
