We love this park the host are awesome and the Rangers are helpful on information about the area. Clean sites at number 75 and pretty level. Could receive ch. 6 Texarkana on a good day.

The swimming beach on loop 2 was closed. Not sure for the reason. But thinking the goose poop might be some of the reason. You couldn't walk on the sidewalk or beach for all the poop. Not sure what needs to happen, but sad when you can't enjoy the swimming area.

Site 74 very nice site as much as most all the sites are nice. If you have a longer rig the pull throughs may be a little tricky. Some sites have a sharp horseshoe shape that want work for longer trailers. That's why when we replaced our old trailer we went with a 28ft. We have had little problems nation wide with sites being to small. Not a TV friendly park but mother nature can put on a good show for you. We always try to make time for this park. Great host and the rangers are always helpful with information or help.

Check in was easy, staff was excellent and informative. Unfortunately, site 52 is very unlevel front to back and even side to side. Nice site with new grill, nice table and firepit.

Showers were good but not a good place to put on dry clothes in private.
