Parker Bottoms is a fantastic campground right on the White river. Great fishing and floating but no real hiking. Will definitely be back.

Dam Site River Campground offers a beautiful, shaded location along the White River, ideal for fishing with clean, well-maintained facilities. Many campers praised the spacious, private sites and the friendly camp host, making it a favored destination for repeat visitors. However, some concerns were raised about the early checkout time and the need for upgrades to the shower facilities.

Campground was quiet, off season. Liked that. A bit further out from town than optimal.

Both nights I stayed were met with loud neighbors till late into the night and the attendant did nothing. The bathrooms are pretty bad. It just seems like no one cares at the park and are only interested in collecting money. Speaking of that the state parks are significantly nicer and cheaper to stay at. I would like to see changes happen at the corp of engineers parks for sure.

Had a great time! Great campsite pads didn't have to do much leveling on the camper!
