Dam Site River Campground offers a beautiful, shaded location along the White River, ideal for fishing with clean, well-maintained facilities. Many campers praised the spacious, private sites and the friendly camp host, making it a favored destination for repeat visitors. However, some concerns were raised about the early checkout time and the need for upgrades to the shower facilities.

I hate to review this site for fear of it being over run. It is an absolutely gem. Quiet, friendly, comfortable. Site are not very private, but all the campers were so congenial that it wasn’t a problem. Great fishing with a trail to the river right it of the campground. Electric at all sites. Hot showers. Can’t ask for more.

Beautiful site. Just wish the bathrooms were unlocked while campers were there. We stayed in a tent so it wasn’t very convenient

Beautiful camp ground. The host was very helpful. The section we stayed in had electric hookup but no water hook up. Very quiet and peaceful. The White River was beautiful and fun to explore.

Nice spot. Very level. Campground is dry (no water hook up) after Oct 31. Be aware of sharp turn coming into campground.
