We come here every year. Never any complaints. Great sites, well maintained. Beautiful area. The river is gorgeous in the morning.

Dam Site River Campground offers a beautiful, shaded location along the White River, ideal for fishing with clean, well-maintained facilities. Many campers praised the spacious, private sites and the friendly camp host, making it a favored destination for repeat visitors. However, some concerns were raised about the early checkout time and the need for upgrades to the shower facilities.

The river is our favorite place to camp at Beaver Lake.
The ladies who cleaned the bathrooms were wonderful! Always clean and always blew off the walkways around the restroom area. Thank you for that!

The campsite had plenty of shade and was nice and quiet. Camp host was friendly and polite. Campground was very well maintained, shower house was also clean and plenty of water pressure and hot water. We camp at several Beaver Lake COE campgrounds and this one is always our favorite.

This spot is wonderful for trout fishing and rv camping. We were tent camping and had raccoons, wild hogs, deer and a bear at our campsite. So definitely take spray just in case. But this was such a wonderful experience camping. Definitely will be going again!!

We traveled from Oregon to Arkansas and had reservations for a couple nights. Got up early and prepared to shower and showers didn’t work. Toilets didn’t flush…..One thing about the camp sites is that you have to be careful because some of them are level. Rather steep. And horribly narrow. Not enough room to walk around a 24 ft rv. I’ve worked at and lived at Army Corp facilities and I have dealt with quite a bit of stuff at multiple facilities that these campground, boat docks and infrastructure are in need of some serious upgrading. You charge a fee for a service and offer a bath house and toilets but neither worked. I came in good faith and paid in advance for these services. I think a refund is in order.

Didn’t see any of your rules enforced during the busy weekend.ie quiet time, number of campers per site etc.

We had a very pleasant time while spending time with friends and family. We did have rain showers while we were there, but it wasn't a muddy mess. The only draw back that I hadn't noticed when reserving, was that there wasn't a water hydrant on the road of the campers,. It was on the main road, and you needed to fill your water on your trailers before you set up. Although for us, it was no problem.
