Nice quiet place. Lots of shade. It was very humid when we were there but we just went to the lake swimming area and all was good. Great fishing opportunities too. Be sure to bring your own wood for campfire. There are a couple of stores nearby where you can buy some. We will definitely go back again.

We have a 22' toy hauler travel trailer and rented a lovely private wooded site with water and electric hook-ups. The grounds were clean and well maintained and it was a very quiet, peaceful retreat for us, fishing, hiking and relaxing. Just what we needed!

Campsite was great & very clean. However, unless you have visited before, it's hard to find the camping loops without clear signs.

I love Dam Site River campground below Beaver Lake Dam and on the tailwaters of the White River. I love camping there especially when the wind is in the pines. Campsites not too crowded together, with the even # campsites on the river with river access for some for those that fish. Year around bathhouse that is kept clean and in great condition. I use this campground as a "base camp" for tons of outdoor activities close by. Paddle Beaver Lake, Lake Leatherwood and the White River. Lots of hiking and trail biking opportunities. Eureka Springs and all its shops and stuff to do is only 9 miles. Just an all around great campground in beautiful Northwest Arkansas!
