Dam Site River Campground offers a beautiful, shaded location along the White River, ideal for fishing with clean, well-maintained facilities. Many campers praised the spacious, private sites and the friendly camp host, making it a favored destination for repeat visitors. However, some concerns were raised about the early checkout time and the need for upgrades to the shower facilities.

We camp here a lot and enjoy it every time. It’s always quiet, peaceful and clean. The shower house is also clean.

Nice, secluded campground with decent restrooms and showers. It seemed like the showers had either cooling or at least good ventilation. Not much at the campground but it appears to be popular for fishing and has access to the river. The other campground above the dam and on Beaver Lake is much prettier but more crowded, probably better if you have kids. We enjoyed the peace and quiet at this site.

Sites are level and lots of them. Shower house at each of the campgrounds. Worth the money! Plan to trout fish if they are not releasing water

Thanks for controlling the lake level, it's great to know the plan you started several years ago is working. The camp was just great, clean, quiet and cool. I do have a request. We swim in the lake at the Day Use Area next to the Dam Road and it was very full and a lot of the customers were great, but some (of a different nationality) were not very nice and were playing very loud music. Mabey more coverage by your team. Thanks
