GeneralTo improve the camping experience for our guests at all Beaver Lake campgrounds, the Check-Out time for campsite reservations will be adjusted from 3:00pm to 1:00pm on the day that reservation ends. This change will apply to all reservations beginning on or after April 1st, 2026, regardless of when the reservation was originally booked. There were no trash dumpsters. We were told that the host picked up the trash but they didn't. In fact, we never saw a host. The bathrooms were locked. The description says water but hydrants are locked. Shouldn't the description state that? And shouldn't there be a winter discount if no water or trash? I'm sure the tree line is a mess with all the tent campers that were there with no self contained bathroom.
And there is no campground signage for where the sites are or the different loops.

The water at our campsite was turned off and locked, the bathrooms at our area were closed and there was not a trash dumpster anywhere. Apparently the park is closed on 11/1, something that was not divulged when we made our reservations a few months ago. Thankfully we had an electric hookup.

Nice camp grounds, just be aware that between November 1 and March 31 no water is available at individual camp sites. They do have water available at specific locations in the camping area.

Arrival & departure
- Check in with the camp host at 4:00 p.m. and check out by 1:00 p.m.
Site capacity
- Campsites can have either one RV and one tent or three tents.
Vehicles & parking
- Parking is not allowed in grassy areas.
- Off-road vehicles and golf carts are not allowed.
Safety & rules
- Dumping of waste materials is prohibited; all waste must be disposed of properly. Shower and bathroom tents are not allowed.
- Camping longer than 14 days in a 30-day period requires written permission; otherwise, it is prohibited.
Fees & deposits
- A $5 fee per vehicle is required for non-campers, and failure to pay or display proof is prohibited.
Pets
- Pets must be restrained at all times and cannot be left unattended; owners are responsible for waste disposal.
Fires & fuel
- Do not move firewood; buy it locally to protect forests from pests.
Wildlife & food storage
- Prevent the spread of invasive species by cleaning gear and disposing of waste properly.
