We camped one night due to weather. We were at site 26 and loved it. We have 3 small kids and we’re definitely close enough to the bath house and the kids loved walking down to the river and watching the deer. Would definitely stay again

Site #7 has great access to the river and fishing, when they are not generating.
It is very peaceful there. Its dog friendly.

Stayed at Parker Bottoms campground. Very good experience there...bath/shower house on site, fresh water fillup at road, good access to river just up the road. Sites were clean and well spaced out. I first drove thru the circle and looked at available site numbers. I then chose a site and went on recreation.gov to reserve that site for a few days. Quite simple and inexpensive. Overall, a wonderful location. Thanks to all involved in maintaining the campsite.
