Dam Site River Campground offers a beautiful, shaded location along the White River, ideal for fishing with clean, well-maintained facilities. Many campers praised the spacious, private sites and the friendly camp host, making it a favored destination for repeat visitors. However, some concerns were raised about the early checkout time and the need for upgrades to the shower facilities.

We were on site 11. Very spacious and private. Very little signage on direction to the campsite. We stayed on Memorial weekend and when we went to leave on Monday ( like most people) the dump station was under maintenance so we could not dump.

No dumpsters in campground. Dump station was closed. No map available at check in. No campground host. Most COE campgrounds are excellent, this one is sub par.

Beautiful country, but the roads getting there with a camper were a nightmare. Our campsite was beautiful, and we enjoyed the surrounding country. When we left the campground with the camper, the dump station was full, and there were no attendants on duty even though it was the middle of the morning. Very, very inconvenient.
