Dam Site River Campground offers a beautiful, shaded location along the White River, ideal for fishing with clean, well-maintained facilities. Many campers praised the spacious, private sites and the friendly camp host, making it a favored destination for repeat visitors. However, some concerns were raised about the early checkout time and the need for upgrades to the shower facilities.

Site was shady and quiet. The showers could use some remodeling and better ventilation. Reported to the ranger the lights out in one of the quadplex. No one ever answered the phone listed?

Tent pad was not great and the ground had a slop but the views made up for it! We had an amazing site with a path straight down to the water. Quite hours were enforced which was very nice, and the park staff was polite. Bathrooms were decent, good hot water, and the high quality tp was a very pleasant surprise!

My husband and I enjoyed being in the woods and having more of a true camping experience rather than a “resort” type RV park! This area is beautiful, almost secluded, and close to fishing. One of our favorite spots!
