site was shady and clean. Best time to stay is Monday-Thurs. as the park is underused during these times.

Campground is clean. The grass does get high before it is mowed. The bathrooms are only clean right after they are cleaned on the weekends due to all the day users. The cleaners do a great job cleaning but unable to keep them clean.

The spot we stayed at was in front of the beach. No privacy during the day but, perfect at nite. The water was cold & felt great in the heat of the day. Would recommend going if your considering

Eagle Rock is a great place for us as it is quite close. The bathroom/shower house is very well kept. The campsite we used had a great view of the lake. However, there is no concrete around the table, a tree had been cut down, there was much debris and large logs that my husband spent most of an hour cleaning up. The hosts are very friendly and informed us of a breakfast being held at the local fire station. We will return because it is a lovely place to get away.

We were right next to hwy 86 so we could hear and see more traffic camping than we do at our own home. So much for getting away to be with nature.... The people were kind and the camp was clean.
