This is a lovely camping area. The bathrooms are abysmal. The lights don’t work. The showers are broken. It needs some definite upkeep. It’s a shame as nice as it is that nobody takes care of that stuff. I would think that the charging of the people that come and go would be enough to do basic maintenance.

Beautiful campsites. Clean bathrooms. Park noise is under control after 10 pm. Park attendants are great! Loved it.

#20 is a narrow camp site for your rig. However, it has ample parking for your vehicle.

This was my first time at this campground. Several sites lacked numbers, including mine. There are several really good sites, lots of shade. Camp is on a hillside sloping down to the lake beach. The beach and lake were very nice for swimming; very clean water. Great sand, no shoes needed. The bathroom is an uphill hike from most campsites; showers lacked nozzles but were clean and hot. The whole place grounds looked like Spring cleaning was skipped; lots of leaves on the ground, etc. Overall this is a very sweet campground. Another one below the dam is called Cossotot Reefs; it is very different, on the river, and very nice as well.

We had a nice roomy campsite that wasn’t up against another camper that made it a little more private! The bathhouse was nice.

I hadn't camped in 40 years. This trip with a new popup and 4 dogs i called Camping 101. I left our home in the pouring rain and arrived in the rain. I was assisted by the ranger/security to park the camper. I couldn't get the door on nor get the poles to stay for the pullout beds. Needless to say I changed clothes multiple times and the dogs slept on the floor on a heap of wet blankets. Mid morning I made the decision to head home. What did I learn? I would go back but not when it was pouring. The people were so nice and helpful. And you can teach old dogs new tricks..I'm 76.
