Big Coon Creek offers a clean and beautiful camping experience with spacious sites, great views, and friendly park staff. Visitors enjoyed fishing, swimming, and the well-maintained facilities, including clean bathrooms and a quiet atmosphere at night. Some minor concerns were noted, such as site numbering and maintenance of certain amenities, but overall, guests had a wonderful time and plan to return.

The grill is completely broken off & laying on the ground for this campsite. Luckily we had other means of cooking while there. If we hadn’t I don’t know what we would have done.

Campsites 9 & 10 were both shady & easy to get into for setup. The swim beach, playground, bathrooms and the camping sites were very clean. The ground hosts were really friendly and accommodating. We highly recommend this place for family relaxation

This is a great place to take the family. We stayed in site 4 which is walking to the swim beach and playground for young kids. Be aware of the hills if you are riding a regular bicycle. There is not a ton of grass for pets, but we had no trouble with our dog. Sites 2-5 are somewhat small, but had a wonderful view of the water and a beautiful sunrise in the morning. When my grandson gets older we will stay at the top of the loop so that we can have a larger site. Overall, great place.
