What Guests Are Saying
Devils Fork campground is praised for its beautiful location, spacious and clean campsites, and well-maintained facilities, including warm showers and friendly staff. Visitors appreciate the peaceful atmosphere, especially during the offseason, and many noted the excellent views and birdwatching opportunities. Some minor drawbacks include limited water hookups and occasional noise from nearby activities, but overall, guests express a strong desire to return for another stay.

Very clean and quiet location. Our sute faced the lake an the sunset was wonderful. I have found all the Army Corps of Engineers campsites to be the better campsites

The park was clean, the bathrooms were well kept. The attendants do a great job keeping the park neat and the grass was trimmed which isn't the case at some of the other parks we've been to.

We were here over the labor day weekend, so it was very busy and most sites were taken. Lots of boats and activity on the water. Was disappointed to see so much trash at our campsite. Also really disheartening to see so many political flags hanging at campsites or on boats. An American flag is one thing, but I don't want to be bombarded with politics when I'm camping, and that's what it felt like. We did enjoy bike riding around the campground. If you want water and electric, you'll need to be on the non-water side, and be sure you have an extra length of hose, because two sites share a water hookup (not the spigot, but the site) and it can be a distance. Just one dump station that I could find, so you'll want to plan the timeliness of your departure.

Love staying at Devils fork. I have been going to devils fork since I was a young child. Of coarse the landscape and faces have changed tremendously in the last 35 years but its still the same great atmosphere. Its a wonderful to be able to share the memories that I had as a kid to my children now. I have now taught my kids and soon our first, one year old, grandchild how to swim at the same great place I learned to swim.
