What Guests Are Saying
The Narrows park offers a friendly and helpful park attendant, Julie, who enhances the camping experience with her dedication and local knowledge. Campers appreciate the clean facilities, beautiful views, and great location by the lake, making it a lovely spot for outdoor activities. However, some sites lack maintenance, have poor layouts, and there are calls for updates to improve the overall experience, particularly for families with children.

The breeze from the lake and the shade from the trees on our site were awesome. The boat ramp was busy and provided some entertainment as well. The restrooms were clean and maintained often.

We love to ride our e-bikes while camping and there was only one loop where we could do this - we did like sitting at a vacant campsite just over the launching ramps and watch the boat traffic though.

Right on the water BUT the spot slopes so bad. Couldn’t get our camper totally level

Overall good spot and experience. Especially the location awesome views. Only negative experience was that the showers water temp was excessively hot. Not a soothing experience with the excessive heat outdoors. A lot of poison ivy is growing rampant. I left with a good rash on my arm. You could see it growing up trees right near RV lot parking area...

This site was very unlevel. The view was beautiful. We were able to walk to the water and fish. There was a lot of traffic (boats) so we didn’t swim or use our kayaks here, but you could .

Very nice park. Park host Frank and Nancy Cordero are a true asset to the Corp of Engineers . They were very helpful, nice and extremely knowledgeable .

We had a wonderful time. The spot we had a large slop that made it difficult to sleep comfortably without rolling off the mattress lol. It would be be better if there was a longer pad to set up a tent on level ground. Other than that we had a wonderful time !

Quiet beautiful park but it is narrow!! c17 gorgeous site right on water. Steeper than anticipated too steep for us. Site unlevel. Noticed this for multp. sites....No water or BBQ pit. Long walk for bath/shower just FYI . Antenna didn't pick up any stations on TV with amplifier, 1 bar on ATT cell. Would stay here again.
