The park should add sewer and not close so many loops during the winter

Dam Site in Greers Ferry is praised for its well-kept campsites, clean facilities, and friendly staff, making it a favorite for families and long-time visitors. Reviewers highlight the beautiful lake and enjoyable swimming areas, as well as the campground's cleanliness. Some concerns were raised about noise from other campers and the need for better ventilation in the shower house, but overall, visitors express a strong desire to return for more enjoyable camping experiences.

Great place to camp. Plenty of shade and yet not too many trees. Quiet and well maintained.

The camp sites were very well maintained. We stayed at two different sights one with electric and water the other with only electricity. Suggest you book early if want a site with water there is on a small % of sites with water. Also since this is an older camp ground may of the sites are very short.
On the positive side the sites are wooded and fairly well spaced for privacy in most cast.
We would return to this camp ground there are lots more things to see in this area that we don’t have time to visit.

We love Dam Site park! M or N is our favorite spots—keep up the great maintenance here. We remember when these spots and the lake was built. We remember JFK dedicating the dam and lake—yep we are older folks!
