No reception, area was too unlevel. Could not even get phone part of the time.

Dam Site in Greers Ferry is praised for its well-kept campsites, clean facilities, and friendly staff, making it a favorite for families and long-time visitors. Reviewers highlight the beautiful lake and enjoyable swimming areas, as well as the campground's cleanliness. Some concerns were raised about noise from other campers and the need for better ventilation in the shower house, but overall, visitors express a strong desire to return for more enjoyable camping experiences.

We enjoyed our early October visit. Things were quiet, and it was not crowded.

Bathroom room were only cleaned 1 time the daven days we were there. They were very nasty. No place to put your clothes when taking shower to keep them out of the water. No soap in the bathroom to wash hands. We were unaware there was no water on the F sites so we were not prepared to carry water. We left before our time was up was to stay 14 days only stayed 7 and was not refunded any money. Very unsatisfied with this place.

We have a 43 ft motor home, so we always stay in section N because there is plenty of room and we can use a pull through site. We bring our four grandchildren and they love having the big space outdoors to play. There's a clean bathhouse close by. The Internet and phone service (ATT) are both good.

The campsite met our expectations. The fact that this particular site is very close to the town of Heber Springs has some extra appeal for some campers and maybe less appeal for others. I think if you can reserve either Dam Site or the JFK site, you will be a pleased camper.
