It’s beautiful place, only problem in this time of season is different types of spiders, and sometimes raccoons are coming to visit.

Dam Site in Greers Ferry is praised for its well-kept campsites, clean facilities, and friendly staff, making it a favorite for families and long-time visitors. Reviewers highlight the beautiful lake and enjoyable swimming areas, as well as the campground's cleanliness. Some concerns were raised about noise from other campers and the need for better ventilation in the shower house, but overall, visitors express a strong desire to return for more enjoyable camping experiences.

Your campground is a very beautiful location. A lot of the camp sites are in bad need of upgrading. We have stayed twice and both sites were very hard to get into because of trees and our camper had to be raised on one side at least 12 inches due to the site being that unlevel. Your website should be better with info on the sites to inform with pictures what it will be like trying to get on the site. Outside of this our stays have been amazing.

We really enjoyed our trip and stay at the Dam Site Campgrounds! Easy check in at the gate. Our campsite site (I21) was not crowded with other adjoining sites, within walking distance of the restrooms and a little further to the showers. The shower building closest to us (8 private showers) was not well kept so we chose a shower building closer to the front gate and these were not too bad. Great view through the trees from our campsite of the lake and we enjoyed the full moon shining across the lake at night. We chose to tent camp and had electricity to run an extention cord for coffee maker, a CPAP machine in our tent (to allow my wife to get a good night sleep) and charge our cell phones (had good coverage with Verizon).
