John F. Kennedy campground is praised for its beautiful scenery, clean facilities, and spacious campsites, making it a favorite destination for families and fishing enthusiasts. The hiking trails, particularly near Collins Creek, offer enjoyable experiences for all ages. We have camped at John F Kennedy for years.
We love fishing, sightseeing, walking trails, and cooking outside. It’s so relaxing and so much fun.

Great fly fishing!
Good level campsites. I like the location. Feels secluded in the right spots.

We’ve been going here for the last five years, and have zero complaints. The park is very well maintained, easy access, great facilities, and just a short drive into town if you need anything.

It was good until the last evening. In 29 degree weather, the breaker on the electrical pole went bad. We had no heat for my camper. And apparently you don’t March (at least that’s what the sign at the entrance said). It made for a very unpleasant last night there. I’ve been sick ever since. It was very cold.
