What a beautiful campground. Very clean, large sites, always clean restrooms and showers. The only issue was cell service, being that hidden in a canyon leads to a lack of cell service.

It was very nice and well maintained. There was so much space for our 2 tents. I did wake up in the middle of the night to a raccoon in the back of the truck but it was very cute and didnt do any damage. It was an easy walk to the bathrooms from where we stayed and the scenery was gorgeous. All the employees were so nice and helpful. I would definitely camp here again.

This was the best place we've stayed so far. But we had a bad location. Lots of any hills around the picnic table.

Would’ve been excellent but the plastic trash cans are horrendous! Whoever thought it was a good idea to put plastic trash cans with lids you can’t securely fasten in a place full of raccoon’s and stray cats needs to be the one picking up the trash everyday.

The park was clean and the attendants were friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed our stay. I especially enjoyed the church service on Sunday! It was a wonderful, relaxing stay!

The campground is accessible via State Route 25, which runs north from Heber Springs.

Arrival & departure
- An attendant will be available during the peak season for assistance.
Cancellation policy
- Reservation fees are non-refundable. For campsites, cabins, lookouts, yurts, group sites, and similar stays, we charge a reservation service fee of $8.
- Standard cancellations usually have a $10 cancellation fee. Customers can generally cancel before the check-in date online.
- Late cancellation rules differ by stay type.
- Individual campsites: cancelling after 12:00am local time the day before arrival usually means a $10 cancellation fee plus forfeiting the first night's fee.
- Cabins, lookouts, and yurts: cancelling less than 14 days before arrival usually means a $10 cancellation fee plus forfeiting the first night's fee.
- One-night reservations: a late cancellation usually forfeits the full amount paid, up to the total original reservation cost.
- Modifications are allowed before the cut-off window, but fees depend on the change. Changing to dates completely outside the original reservation dates may trigger a $10 change fee. Extending or shortening a stay that still includes original dates usually has no change fee, though refunds may depend on timing and facility rules. Switching to the same type of campsite for the same dates usually has no change fee, but price differences are charged or refunded.
- Early departures may or may not be refunded. At certain facilities, partial refunds may be possible if staff can mark the site available for other visitors. No refund is given for a night if the early departure is requested after that day's check-out time.
- Security deposits are separate. Security deposits may be refunded to the original payment method if the facility is left in acceptable condition, as determined by the property.
Site capacity
- Each site allows one wheeled camping unit and up to four tents, with a maximum of 8 occupants.
Vehicles & parking
- The use of ATVs, golf carts, and off-road vehicles is not allowed on the property.
Fires & fuel
- To protect forests, please buy firewood locally and burn it on-site; do not move firewood from other locations.
