This is a very clean and well kept campground. The restrooms are very clean and the water in the shower is hot. I found that the hot and cold water was reversed in one of the women's showers, but once I figured that out I had a very hot shower! We enjoyed hiking the Dogwood trail and walking the many paved roads around the campground. Some of the water spigots in the C loop are very far away. You will need a really long hose to reach your RV. We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay, the sites are paved and roomy. The area is beautiful and if you are a nature lover there are plenty of adventures nearby. We loved having the cover over the picnic table however it did interfere with us being able to extend and lower our awning on site B16. It was a bit windy while we were there so we would not have left it out anyway, again making the covered table ideal. The bathhouses were very clean. My husband said one of the shower heads in the bathhouse near the entrance to B section wasn’t working properly and the other stall did not have hot water.
It was not a problem for us but if you are booking after Nov. 1st, you will not have water at your site. We filled our fresh water tank when we entered the park and had enough water for 7 days. We brought gallon jugs for drinking and cooking, I’m weird about the tanked water.. 🤷🏻♀️ The sites do not have sewer so plan accordingly.

Everything was great except for the water being turned off before we got there. It would have been nice to know before we reserved the site.
