The park is well kept, good roads, mostly flat concrete slab sites, good phone service, lake views...other campers could be more friendly

Very pretty and well kept park. Lots of cool birds for birdwatching. Not the wildest and most rugged park, but perfect for chilling out a few days. Good access to the water. Wonderful bathrooms. Lots of cool woodpeckers to look at. The map on this website is slightly off for the campsites and bathrooms but mostly correct. The picnic tables have little roofs to protect you from the sun.
