Stay here a couple times a year. Always peaceful and is very convenient to food and shopping within 5 miles or less. Park is always clean and well managed. Have great phone signal with T-Mobile and also with Verizon when I used to have that service. Water pressure isn’t best would be my only con.

What a perfect campground! Level sites with lots of space between each. Beautiful views of the river. Dumpsters conveniently located. I will definitely come back.

We only overnighted at Maumelle but it was a beautiful park with lots of trees located along the Arkansas River. Lots were nice size with paved parking pads. Gravel
pad had picnic table and fire pit. Easy to get in and out and was close walking distance to
the restrooms. The staff at the reservation desk was exceptional! She went above and beyond to accommodate our needs when we discovered the
lot we had reserved had standing water from all the rain they had received. She quickly located another site for us and we had no other problems. Would stay again.

Very nice park. I would suggest better signage to each section as this was the first time there and we drove around trying to find our section. Other than that it was great.

We love the campground at Maumelle. We wish there was 50A service available at all the sites. Some sites say its available on the rec.gov website, but it is not - I know this because I checked some of the actual electrical pedestals. Water was out for several hours one day with no warning - not a huge deal, but some communication would have been nice. And, historically and during this stay, the water pressure is poor at this campground. All of that said, this is still a great place to stay. We've stayed before, and we'll stay again . . . . just some wishes for a few improvements.
