Loved it here! Sites were very spacious and ours was overlooking the river and the town Ozark on the other side. There was also a train track on the other side with the occasional train rumbling through, but it didn’t bother us too much. Would definitely stay here again if passing through this area!

Nearly every site is either river front or river view making it easy to watch the barges and wildlife. The park is kept tidy and the sites are clean. The covers over the picnic table are nice. Ozark is only about 10 minutes away and there is plenty to see and do within an hour idle you use Aux Arc as base for day trips. Many of the sites have full shade. The only downsides we experienced were that there is no sewer connections at any of the sites and there are trains that run frequently along the north bank.
