Byrd's Adventure Center

We were on day 3 of the Ozarks BDRX. The property is awesome. The restaurant was incredible, and the staff was extremely kind and take a lot of pride in this place. We showed up 10 mins before the campground office and the restaurant closed. Got our camping figured out, the lady there called the restaurant to tell them we were gonna be coming up.
The food was amazing, the staff told us to sit and relax instead of taking the food to go. The staff was great to talk to. The campsites were great and VERY hammock friendly. The private riverside beach and water access was incredible. Would 100% go back

Nice off road park. Trails of all levels. We were actually given a guided tour of the place by one of the nicest guys (Zin) you ever met. Gave us some history of the property and all.

I camp here frequently and I have always enjoyed my stay. They have very interesting events throughout the year, the aviation events are one of my favorites. They have a store a restaurant as well as a place to shower and do your business. Never any issues with people which is great. It's private property so that helps. If you want a place to hang out and just enjoy a campout amongst like minded people I think you'll have a good time.

Boyd’s Adventure Center is a hidden gem! It’s a great little off-road park with trails that are a blast to explore. (Even for a stock 4x4) The onsite restaurant is a big bonus!!Plenty of tasty food and a great atmosphere. Campsites were reasonably priced with lots of options, and the whole place is super well set up. One of the coolest features is the onsite airport for STOL planes and events, such a unique touch! The views all around are absolutely spectacular, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Highly recommend for a weekend adventure or a longer stay!

This place is amazing but not when it came down to seeing the neglect the property dog was in. I had gone up to the front to let the lady know there was a stray dog, only to be told that it was theirs. This is not the condition a dog should be in. She was limping, hair matted, dehydrated and it was a hot day. While she processed to say “it’s old”. That is not an excuse while you have other animals in the general checking chilling, and in good condition. It needs medical attention and should not be out like that. At least have the dogs hair cut. That adds in more pounds to the dog, so the dog is walking in pain! I hope they can see this and do something about it because this is not okay.
