We stayed in Cabin B. I love the way the kitchen bath and bedroom are on one level and the spacious living room/dining room about 5 stairs down to the lower level. The cabin looks better in real life than in the pictures or video. The couches we’re comfortable and fireplace worked well. It was well equipped and clean. They even provided a tool for grilling hot dogs marshmallows in the fireplace or outdoor fire bowl. The view is spectacular and soothing. Though you can see the back porch of Cabin A from the back door off the kitchen, the chairs on cabin B’s back porch are cleverly situated behind the wall formed by the stairs and offer privacy while you enjoy the great outdoors. There were plenty of fans and space heaters for use during cold or warm weather. Amazing number of birds including raptors at eye level.
The only complaint I had was the mattress protectors provided by the park were heavily scented by washing or drying products. It was overpowering for me. Since they require guests to bring their own bed linens, I wish they would have asked guests to include their own mattress protectors to lessen the chance of the over-perfumed bedroom. There is also a scent device on the fireplace mantle that sprays room deodorizer sprays on a timed basis but you can open it up and turn it off.

Great place to camp. A bit remote but well worth it. The views are incredible. The gentleman running the campground and store was awesome.

My wife and I love Whiterock. One of the most peaceful campgrounds around. Amber and Ross do such a great job of making our visits there so enjoyable.

The camp host is what makes this place so special. One reason i keep coming back is the camp host always so friendly and treats everyone up there like family.
I heard their contract is up in June and someone new might be hosting.
This makes me sad because the host is what makes the experience so special.
I hope you consider keeping the current hosts.

This is our second time at White Rock, we love it! Even at full capacity this campground feels like you almost have it to yourself. You have to do the rim trail, and we also love the Rattlesnake Falls trail! We've done both trails both times we've and visited highly recommend. The host and caretakers are topnotch.

The campground owner, Amber, was so helpful when we were trying to decide where to hike. The surrounding trails had a variety of difficulty levels, from the longer 13 mile loop to the short rim trail up at the top, but they were all beautiful! The campground was scenic and peaceful and exactly what we were hoping for. I recommend a longer stay as there is so much to see and do in the area, we were there about 4 days and wished we had planned a longer trip. We had a blast and hope to go back!!

Fabulous Site and Campground! The road up is a bit treacherous if you are not used to mt or gravel road driving, but doable for almost all vehicles if you take it slow. Also the staff was so helpful and nice.

The Cabin was clean and very well taken care of. I enjoyed that it is fully stocked with kitchen items other than food. We went with friends who go regularly and can't wait to go again. Ross at the store is extremely helpful! Thank you for a wonderful visit!
