Park was clean camp hosts Garry Hoffman and wife went above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome and loaned us a lite that we had forgotten to bring. Grade A+. Thank you for a great experience 👍🏼👍🏼

We love this campground. Even as full as it was it didn't feel crowded. Love watching the barges go up and down the Arkansas River. Lots to do around Dardenelle and Russellville too.

It was clean. Had a slight issue of security because of an adjoining park. There were constantly people walking/jogging thru the campground and didn’t feel the safest since they weren’t registered guests. This was day and night.

Small, quiet campground. We didn’t hear a single dog! ;) This seems to be a slow paced campground. Loved it. Clean bathhouses. Will be back one day.

Very nice park. Super clean bath house. Pretty views. Nice hosts. Level sites and well maintained. Close to towns and very near Mt. Nebo and Mt Magazine.

Stayed here 2 nights 2/2–4/2024 for $13/night (50% off for America the Beautiful pass). We only wanted a single night stay, but check-in on Friday required 2-nights minimum. Restrooms/showers were clean, but not climate controlled. Sites were along the Arkansas River with access to river edge. Sighted double-crested cormorants, Canada geese, white pelicans, ring-billed gulls, & 1 great heron. (14¾mi/27min southeast to Holla Bend National Wildlife Refuge.)

I have stayed at the at the Russellville Old Post Road RV park 3 times. The river view, number of empty sites, bath house and proximity to town are the positives for me. They have very nice fire pits, concrete picnic tables, lantern post and some have small awnings. The park along side would be a benefit if you have kids with you. There is also a boat ramp and dump station. Camp host were nice and everything was clean. It was 30 degrees when I was there and was slightly disappointed in the not so hot water in the shower. They also need to remove the rate sign entering the park as it is not correct. All the sites are a $20 per night normal
rate. The host told me noon was checkout, but the website showed 3pm.
