Old Post Road offers a clean, spacious, and well-maintained campground with friendly hosts, and excellent river views, making it a favorite for many visitors. Guests appreciated the amenities like the pavilion, boat ramp, and recreational activities, as well as the quiet atmosphere despite some nearby industrial noise. Very nice campground with large sites. Bathrooms are a bit old and in need of refreshing...

It was great for a first time rv experience. The sites are easy to back into with plenty of space to spare. The park was very clean from what we saw The park is on the south side of Russellville but is only a 10 drive to just about everything Russellville has to offer. It was kind of cold so we didn’t get out much being the 4th of February but a nice break anyway. Cell service was good enough to stream movies using my t-mobile phone as a hotspot.

Old Post is close to town, but you still feel like you are secluded right on the river. It has a huge park next door. There is a lot to do for everyone.

We had some problems on the road and needed a place to stop for the night close to businesses where we could get the things we needed to make repairs. This campground was the perfect place, close to everything we needed but quiet and peaceful. The campsites are spacious and very level. Each site includes a picnic table and fire ring and grill.

Made reservations and PAID for 9 days. Then were told we had to leave 2 days early because the park was closing to make repairs. We should have been told when our reservations were made instead of the day before that the park was closing. It makes it very hard for us to find a new place to stay with only a day's notice. This is the 4th time we have had to find a place to move to at this park in the last 17 months. Since the new policy has been put in effect ---- all online reservations and no walk-in sites ---- people go online and reserve 2 or 3 days on weekends for a whole year. This leaves the ones of us that want to stay 14 days no way to do so. We have always loved staying at C.O.E. parks but this last year you have made it almost impossible for us to do so.
