What Guests Are Saying
Old Post Road offers a clean, spacious, and well-maintained campground with friendly hosts, and excellent river views, making it a favorite for many visitors. Guests appreciated the amenities like the pavilion, boat ramp, and recreational activities, as well as the quiet atmosphere despite some nearby industrial noise. Negative experiences included encounters with rude neighbors and issues with ants, but overall, the positive aspects of the campground's cleanliness and staff support stand out.

Love this location love the park hosts everything was beautiful until a man pulled up on the grass in his vehicle started yelling at us saying we need to be out of the park that he’s already reserved the spot and it’s already 2 so I need to leave and should have been gone by now , we still had the space reserved for an additional day he argued with us , we talked to the host and they were all nice and said the man is wrong his stay is for the next day

The camp hosts Nazis at Old Post go out of their way to be jerks regardless what other park personnel tell you. Very inconsiderate and impolite. Shower and bathrooms facilities are nasty, fixtures broken, floors thick with gunk, toilets clogged and won't flush. Basically, just gross.

Beautiful clean campground right on the Missouri River. Campsite had water and electric plus we had a site on the river so nice to sit outside and enjoy. Very quiet at night and campsites are space adequately for privacy.

Our rig was infested with ants after two nights at old post. It's a nice clean little campground but the facilities could use some attention.

Lots of choices for restaurants and laundromats in Russellville. Site was level and shady.
