The weather was not good, but the little pull through we were in was ok. Kind of tricky to get to the campground though.

The campground was nicely situated, but very wet and flooded at many sites. Looks like there is construction going on as there was a bull dozer present. No one to greet me at the campground and no host came to my site. My site number was #6 and it was fairly level. However, something was wrong at the power pole - insufficient amperage which unfortunately I did not notice when I plugged in. This caused my rig to go completely dead at 2:15 AM and it was cold outside! I could find no one to tell in the morning and found a phone number on the web and left a message. This campground was not as well run as other COE campgrounds I have stayed at in the past.

Hosts were great and made rounds several times a day. I was tucked next to hill overlooking lake at site 22. Bathroom was clean and showers were fantastic!! Noise from road may bother some but not me. Great campground.

Short stay over. Close to a state park for hiking. Highway is close by if noise effects your sleep.
Excellent buddy sites if camping with friends or family. Away from the main camp and higher.

The park is well kept and clean thanks to the attendants. They worked at it and it showed. We had a really nice stay !! The traffic on the dam is a little loud but we got used to it quickly.

I visit here because the location is only a few miles from my mother's house. Regardless: the site is very-well maintained and the hosts are uber nice. The view of the lake in the early mornings and late evenings is the stuff of legends, but be warned: the summer heat is brutal! My prior visit was in August and I thought we would melt, lol, so this time: we visited in early-mid November and you can't get much better.

Lady greeted us at the office. Campsite was blown off and clean. Nice view of the lake. Quite night of rest. Everything camping should be.
