Nice campground clean well maintained area and facilities but remember there are No power hook ups and Generator use 8am to 8pm No exceptions for those of you who need power. Plenty of water spouts placed around campground none on sites. A walk to the Collier Homestead is worth wild then on out trail are 2 very nice overlooks of Buffalo River.

This is a great place to camp, with plenty of things to do. it would be nice to have power and water at the camp sites.

Great campground, clean and well kept. The bathrooms were clean, well stocked, and most importantly heated. We had 2 sites right next to one another and they had a grill and fire ring with a cooking grate. Fine gravel in the tent pads and plenty of shade. You can get everything you need nearby in either Silver Hill, Marshal, or Gilbert. Two nights great experience. I’ve been coming here since I was a kid and it has only gotten better.

Great bathhouse and very quiet campground. Great location with a couple trailheads and quick water access. Just wish trailhead that had sign that said scenic overlook .9 miles was accurate.

Very nice campground. Facilities could use an update but were clean well lit and functional with hot shower. Centrally located to Middle District and many outfitters. Trails are nice and no litter.

We stayed in # 5 for the 3rd year in a row. The camp hosts are friendly and helpful, cautioning everyone to make sure food was put up at night to prevent wildlife from getting into it. The river was perfect for our float from Tyler Bend to Gilbert.
When a thunderstorm was brewing, the kind host made sure we knew to shelter in the bathhouse if needed.
I’m planning to be back there next spring for another stellar trip!
