Great place to camp. Attendants at gate very helpful, friendly. Wind blew most of the week but the lake was beautiful. Well kept area. Bathrooms and hot showers clean and well stocked. Highly recommend.

No worries about campsite being under water from flooding rains. Great view of the lake and convenient to the restroom. Fairly quiet campground.

The campground was kept clean and the restrooms had warm showers. Only the water sites were situated close together, other sites were very comfortably spaced apart. Hiking was not on site but closer to the Greer Dam area. Maybe when the weather warmed up we would have used the beach or boat launches they looked to be very nice.

Great location! Nice and quiet.
Only downside was there were tons of grand-daddy longlegs. Zip up your tent and you'll be fine.
I went early Oct. for reference.
