What Guests Are Saying

Bandido Group Campground offers a beautiful and peaceful environment, with clean facilities, ample space, and good fire pits. Visitors appreciate the shaded, secluded areas and the presence of a creek, making it enjoyable for families. However, some concerns include mosquito activity, limited cell service, potential trip hazards from low campfires, and difficulties accessing the campground due to a lack of communication regarding gate codes.

Nice campground. Very pretty and peaceful. We went at the end of June and it was fairly hot. Definitely need to bring sunscreen. There were some mosquitos around dawn and dusk and lots of flies so be sure to prepare accordingly.

The campfire is low to the ground and a potential trip hazard. Regarding cell service, I have spectrum and couldn't get a signal.

the road was closed and we couldn't get to the campground - no one alerted us to this in advance so we had to change our plans and camp elsewhere.

Campgrounds were clean and quiet. A couple of bathrooms nearby, plenty of space, good fire pits/rings, each site seemed to have a bear storage container, and a little creek that ran between all of the sites. It was a great time for a couple of dads and some young kids.

They don't provide the password to the gate, unless you call them during the week. I ended up not having access or any way to get code to get in on the weekend, they didn't provide in email and no way to find or contact anyone on the weekends. I had to find another campsite thankfully others in the area are better for people going on the weekend
