Shady in our spot. Not to far from restraints and supplies, plenty of nice lake shore spots to play. A little crowded at the shore but it’s a beautiful so understandable. Great spot.

Camp host was extremely rude and disrespectful. We had just started a fire. They rolled up in a golf cart into our campground yelling and screaming that our fire was too big, which it wasn’t. After asking them to be calm and handle things maturely, they continued to be hysterical. It took several minutes to calm them down. We would have had no problem with putting our fire out if they would have came to us and asked politely but they were completely unprofessional and scared our children by yelling and threatening us.

Great location, close to the bathrooms, fairly spacious, and far enough away from other camp sites that noise wasn't an issue.

We had a nice spot with shade and close to bathrooms/water spigot. It was a bit of a trek to the lake but manageable with a wagon to carry the gear. My only complaint was the camp host was a bit rude. Quiet hours are 10 and she rolled up at 9:57 yelling at me to turn the generator off. I explained my husband was turning our ac off first to not harm the generator but she kept yelling till he had both off. I also heard her yelling at our neighbors after. I’ve never been talked to like that by a camp host.

The location was great, next to the restrooms. My ONLY issue was the host of the location. Our family had music and the host himself came to tell us to turn down the music in un-respectful manner, pointing his finger at my sister-in-law’s face. We would’ve gladly have turn down the music if he had been more professional about it. The night prior to this people around us had loud music until 3AM and did NOTHING!!! Another upside to this location is that they don’t have showers.

Beautiful campground easy to navigate with our 55foot truck and trailer. Deer, wild turkeys, squirrels, and a variety of birds entertained us while we relaxed on our patio facing the forest. We were in the furthest site from the lake and it was still just a short walk to our beach day camp where we moored our skis. The camp hosts were friendly and our neighbors (one large group in a quad site) respected the 10pm quiet time. There were lots of trails and a fire road to hike/walk our dogs. Great little place. We will return!

9/06/2021 Campground was wonderful they have a camp overseer onsite and they allowed fires and sold firewood even tho the fires were going on. We had a site right next to the lake which was a short walk away. Water was comparable to Lake tahoe not as clear but felt just as great. This place is like a closer smaller lake tahoe. Would go again.

From Fresno, California: Take Highway 41 north through Oakhurst. Turn
right onto Forest Road 222 (toward Bass Lake) and keep right for 3.5 miles to
the Bass Lake Campground office. Continue southeast on Forest Road 222 for
approximately 2.75 miles to Cedar Bluff Campground.
Cedar Bluff Campground is accessible via Highway 41, which is approximately 11 miles to the west, and connects to Fresno. From Highway 41, travelers can take Forest Road 222 to reach the campground.

General
- Many sites are on slopes and/or have very limited tent space (some are limited to paved parking spurs only).
- All campers must check in at the registration office
- This campground has a security guard on patrol
- No more than two pets per site, must be leashed at all times.
- Please Note: Two RV’S with tow vehicle per double site or two vehicles for tent only camping. Four RV’S with tow vehicle per quad site or four vehicles for tent only camping. Most sites can accommodate 1 extra vehicle that is not included with the reservation fee. Extra vehicle will be charged a per night fee and collected at the campground.
- Fire restrictions may be imposed at any time due to hot, dry weather conditions, at which time campfires and charcoal fires may not be allowed. For current fire conditions or weather closures contact the Sierra National Forest Headquarters, (559) 297-0706.
- Reserved Sites will be held until the day following your arrival date. Sites must be occupied by the checkout time of that following day to hold a reservation or the site will be forfeited and released.
- Don't Move Firewood: Protect California's forests from tree-killing pests by buying your firewood locally and burning it on-site. For more information visit firewood.ca.gov.
