Great campground! Heather, the Camp Host, was awesome. She was so sweet and helpful. Always a smile and wave when she was out and about. The campground and restrooms were always very clean. I definitely recommend this to everyone!

The site was not cleaned up before we arrived. There was trash everywhere and burnt up logs left in the fire ring. Another group camping at Lupine drove around in a golf card blasting music and yelling all through the campground. Campers were up all night yelling. The bathroom did not have toilet paper.

The campground is very clean and a short walk to the lake. Views are beautiful and if you are lucky you will be able to see a bald eagle that nests across the lake. Also, lots of quail and Canada geese.

Very fun campsite!! We were very lucky, there were no other campers in our area. Our site was the closest site to the lake. We were forecasted rain but we got lucky and it didnt rain until the last night. Only downside was there are tons of ticks. We took 7 ticks off our dog.

We liked the camping spot and it was reasonably clean. Three bathrooms were terrible. No water at the sinks and the doors did not shut or lock. Generator noise starts at 6 am and goes late. This was very disturbing. Some groups had loud music you could hear from far away.

Bathrooms were a big problem this year. Out of 4 cabins only 2 were open and from those only one had water. Toilet paper disappeared very quickly without getting replenished. It was an adventure to use the restrooms.

We had check in Friday at 2pm but we arrived later around 6pm. The next morning we weren’t sure where to check in and the lady going around the campsites helped us get car passes and checked us in. We also bought firewood from them so quickly.

We love camping at Lupine campground! We also enjoyed talking with our camp hosts Heather and Lennie who were very friendly, welcoming, and informative about the bears. We had a great time at Bass Lake!

miles to the Bass Lake office. Continue approximately 2.75 miles to the
Lupine Cedar Bluff Campground.

- Please register at the Bass Lake Camp Store.
- No more than 2 pets per site and leashed at all times.
- This campground has a security guard on patrol and an on-site host
- Please Note: One RV with tow vehicle per single site or one vehicle per tent site. Most sites can accommodate 1 extra vehicle that is not included with the reservation fee. Extra vehicle will be charged a per night fee and collected at the campground.
- Fire restrictions may be imposed at any time due to hot, dry weather conditions, at which time campfires and charcoal fires may not be allowed. For current fire conditions or weather closures contact the Sierra National Forest Headquarters, (559) 297-0706.
- Reserved Sites will be held until the day following your arrival date. Sites must be occupied by the checkout time of that following day to hold a reservation or the site will be forfeited and released to other guests.
- Don't Move Firewood: Protect California's forests from tree-killing pests by buying your firewood locally and burning it on-site. For more information visit firewood.ca.gov.
