You cannot just drive into the spot that you paid for online! Make sure you check in down the hill from the campsite. The ranger there is very friendly and the process is easy, but you need to get the piece of paper and the parking pass from them before you drive into the campground. The individual sites are a little small and the campground is packed with people. There isn't really any privacy from any other groups camping there. It was very noisy all night (Saturday) and there were random flashlights being shined in trees and in our tent. The bathrooms were dirty. Toilet paper all over the floor and dirt in the sinks. One bathroom door remained locked all night.

Had a nice stay with kids. Lake accessible is by walking - big deal on weekends, when parking is very tight. Swam in the morning, did side trips afternoon and enjoyed a campfire on the evenings. Weekends are little noisy, and how it affects you, depends a lot on which site you are in.

No complaints! We were right by the lake, had sweet neighbors, and the bathrooms weren’t too far away. Really appreciated the picnic table and fire pit amenities!

We had a great time until there was water break and they needed to shut off the bathroom near our camp. Thank God it was our last day and about to get out of there. Park rangers were polite. Will definitely come back.

Perfect location situated walking distance to the lake and close to Miller’s Landing where you can rent boats, jet skis, paddle boards, kayaks, tubes, etc. Camp hosts were welcoming, friendly, and helpful. We will be back!
