My family and I have been camping at Bass Lake for 5 generations. This year I was disappointed by the fact we paid for flush toilet yet had portapotties. By Sunday there was no more water to wash hands.

site 50 is secluded compared to the other camps. we saw deer feeding on the tender leaves near our camp. very peaceful. no personal water spigots, those are located at the bathrooms. the bear boxes you use to store food are TINY, maybe 1.5 ft tall at best. if you got a big cooler, you’re gonna have to store it in your car.

Spring Cove is located about 20 miles south of Yosemite National Park. From Highway 41, take Bass Lake turn-off (Road 222). Head southeast about 3.5 miles to the Bass Lake Campground registration office for check-in (keep to right). The
campground is southeast another 4 miles.
Spring Cove is accessible via Highway 41, which is approximately 20 miles from Yosemite National Park. The Bass Lake turn-off is on Road 222, which provides direct access to the campground.

General
- Please register at the Bass Lake Camp Store.
- Maximum vehicle length is 30 feet
- A security guard and camp host are on-site
- No more than 2 pets per site and leashed at all times.
- Please Note: One RV with tow vehicle per single site or one vehicle per tent site. Most sites can accommodate 1 extra vehicle that is not included with the reservation fee. Extra vehicle will be charged a per night fee and collected at the campground.
- Fire restrictions may be imposed at any time due to hot, dry weather conditions, at which time campfires and charcoal fires may not be allowed. For current fire conditions or weather closures contact the Sierra National Forest Headquarters, (559) 297-0706.
- Reserved Sites will be held until the day following your arrival date. Sites must be occupied by the checkout time of that following day to hold a reservation or the site will be forfeited and released to other guests.
- Don't Move Firewood: Protect California's forests from tree-killing pests by buying your firewood locally and burning it on-site. For more information visit firewood.ca.gov.

- Be bear aware; keep all food out of site in approved containers or locked inside your vehicle and remove all food from area after eating; always keep a clean camp and do not feed any wild animals.
