Bathrooms were clean and the camp host was friendly and helpful. Campsite 59 is fairly small. Campsites 58 & 59 are close together without trees to separate the sites. It would be good for a large family needing 2 sites or for friends camping next to each other. We stayed in May and were awoken by a cacophony of birds each morning, be prepared with earplugs if you are a light sleeper.

We arrived at our campsite only to find out that there were no restrooms or running available. What was supplied was out houses that were in terrible conditions, filthy dirty, smelly, and no locks on the doors. I have been to many other locations where the restrooms were not working, and the manager/owner supplied temporary restrooms that were very clean and did not smell. They also had wash sinks attached. The ones that you supplied looked 50 years old.

Beautiful lake. Nice campground. Host people on charge so friendly I like those guys. The only inconvenience my camp spot not shady #4 & close to restrooms.but close to Yosemite park.

Great campsite! Clean, has bathrooms (bring your own soap), easy access to Yosemite, plenty of space for each campsite and Bass Lake itself is beautiful!

Camp hosts a definite plus, very welcoming and more then happy too assist you with camp information. The camp had a water main break, but water was available at two locations. Porta John’s used on one side of camp because of water main. Bass lake water is amazing… basically pool water. For 64 sites…. I had a great time.

My campsite was clean and had a fantastic view of the lake. Unfortunately, I was only able to stay 2 nights rather than 4 since the National Forest Service decided to close all the campgrounds on a day's notice.

Sadly Bass Lake is very low but as always camping at Spring Cove was great. Camp host was friendly and active. Hopefully the bathrooms will be reopened with running water soon.

It was our first time at Spring Cove and we will be back! Very clean campground and we enjoyed its proximity to the lake. The campground host were extremely friendly and the bathrooms were in good condition.

Spring Cove is located about 20 miles south of Yosemite National Park. From Highway 41, take Bass Lake turn-off (Road 222). Head southeast about 3.5 miles to the Bass Lake Campground registration office for check-in (keep to right). The
campground is southeast another 4 miles.
Spring Cove is accessible via Highway 41, which is approximately 20 miles from Yosemite National Park. The Bass Lake turn-off is on Road 222, which provides direct access to the campground.

General
- Please register at the Bass Lake Camp Store.
- Maximum vehicle length is 30 feet
- A security guard and camp host are on-site
- No more than 2 pets per site and leashed at all times.
- Please Note: One RV with tow vehicle per single site or one vehicle per tent site. Most sites can accommodate 1 extra vehicle that is not included with the reservation fee. Extra vehicle will be charged a per night fee and collected at the campground.
- Fire restrictions may be imposed at any time due to hot, dry weather conditions, at which time campfires and charcoal fires may not be allowed. For current fire conditions or weather closures contact the Sierra National Forest Headquarters, (559) 297-0706.
- Reserved Sites will be held until the day following your arrival date. Sites must be occupied by the checkout time of that following day to hold a reservation or the site will be forfeited and released to other guests.
- Don't Move Firewood: Protect California's forests from tree-killing pests by buying your firewood locally and burning it on-site. For more information visit firewood.ca.gov.
