Plaskett Creek Campground offers a beautiful, peaceful setting just a short walk from Sand Dollar Beach, making it a great spot for camping. Many visitors praised the friendly camp hosts and the spacious, scenic environment, ideal for families and pets. However, the campground faces criticism due to the lack of potable water and restroom facilities, with porta potties being the only option, which some found unsatisfactory.

Mike and punky were the absolute best hosts one could ask for. Super kind friendly and very informative. Great people hosting the campground. We had a great time. Thank you so much. We’ll see you next year.

Beautiful campground with close walking access to Sand Dollar Beach, fun surf & beautiful sunsets. We also road our bikes into Gorda, it was a pleasant ride, say hi to John if you stop by the store! A short hike up the dirt fire road south of camp gets you cell service
