We only pitched a tent here and fixed dinner and breakfast. Plenty of space for campers. Peaceful. Would book again.

This place was a mess. They never cleaned up after logging activities. No control over other noisy campers.

I didn't know that there was a check out time so we had to park in Day Use...not a big deal, but would have been nice to know. The camp hosts were wonderful. Great place to go.

The restrooms were spotless, and it was nice to be near the lake. It is a bit closer to the boating dock, so there is a lot more noise and traffic (one night someone was blasting their music and had their brights on by the boating dock). The campground is on a hill, so some of the campsites have a slight slope.
Overall if you are looking for a day trip and don't mind a bit of noise it is a nice place.

This is the first time we've camped since the Apocolypse. The campsite was clean and bathrooms were in great shape. It was a wonderful time.

The camping spot I usually camp was so bad , 7 trees taken out from just that camp spot no shade whatsoever no place to hang your hammock, and the damage who ever was hired to take those trees out was terrible , will have to find a new camping spot .:(

This year, the U.S. Forest Service at Frenchman Lake campground was able to clear and cut excess trees. This was needed; however, much debris (limbs and branches) had not been cleared. Vicky and John (hosts) arrived and started to keep the restrooms clean with toilet paper!
