What Guests Are Saying
North Fork Campground is praised for its beautiful, peaceful setting along the river, spacious and shaded campsites, and friendly camp host, Sue. Many visitors enjoyed the amazing swimming hole and fresh spring water, making it a delightful escape for families and nature lovers. However, some concerns were raised about the access road's condition and the odor from the bathrooms, but overall, guests expressed a strong desire to return.

We loved the swimming holes near N fork campground. The campground has sights right along the river and it was very quiet. We'll be back!

Our campsite was right on the river, which our kids enjoyed and North Fork Falls are magic. We visited the falls in the morning and had the place pretty much to ourselves. The water was frosty in early August, but there's nothing like swimming right up to a waterfall!! Be careful jumping in though, we once saw a guy jump from too high, hit the rocks on his way down and catastrophically break his foot. I'm still scarred from witnessing that. I do wish the campsites were spaced out a little more, there's not much privacy from your neighbors but that's a minor issue.

Such a beautiful campground - pristine, beautiful forest with ferns, berries, and an incredible river and waterfall. Well-maintained campsites.

I love camping here. It's so peaceful. Campsites are just far enough away that you don't hear your neighbors. Bathrooms were much cleaner this time also; less bugs.

Though the campground is pretty dusty (bring boots or uggs if you want clean feet or ignore duty flip flopped feet), other than that, it's a fabulous campground next to river. Very sweet. There weren't even the typical yellow jackets around dinner time. Great stars if you walk up to the meadow about 1/4 mi along the road. Most beautiful is the river and swimming hole. Shhh...don't tell people about this place!
