We've stayed here for 3-4 weeks every other year for the past six years, usually in the March-April time period. We love coming back to our hometowns of Cathedral City and Palm Springs to visit family and friends. The location of P.S. Oasis is perfect for us to get to our specific local destinations and the views of the surrounding mountains are beautiful.
The grounds and facilities are very well maintained, especially the rest rooms and laundry room. The staff is top notch, very polite, friendly, and helpful. Any small problem we have ever needed assistance with is always dealt with the upmost efficiency. We hope to continue to stay here for many years to come and would recommend to others!

I can understand why some other guests may not give this property five stars. The reason I do are first the staff is very friendly very easy to work with and follow through with any request made. The pool and hot tub are open 24 hours. The showers and restrooms are always very clean and empty . It is not gated. I like it’s easier to come and go and I have not had any problems with security and I am parked in the very first spot right by the gate and I’ve been here for two months so far with no problems at all the location couldn’t be better walking distance to downtown Cathedral city sure the amenities are not the finest but they’re there. I will definitely return.

We love coming back to the Encore in Winter. So scenic or different scenery from Oregon and Washington. Especially enjoyable is be near a lot of adult adventures in this area of the Coachella Valley

We have stayed in this rv park for years. We come here because the park location and the staff are terrific. The joining golf course is also great with a great staff. This is home away from home.

We stayed here for free as part of our thousand trails membership and it was okay. Good location for getting to Cathedral City and Palm Springs. There’s no gate to get in and multiple times at night I watched someone walk in, wander the campground, and then leave. So definitely don’t leave anything valuable outside. The fire station is right across the street so you’ll hear a lot of sirens. The pool area looked nice but when I tried to go another guest said I needed a key which was never offered to us so I don’t know if that’s a resident only perk.

The bathrooms are pretty dated and in need of some upkeep. The lock on the shower I used was very flimsy and loose and the shower stall was pretty cramped. They have a big laundry room, and a communal fire pit. There’s also a small gated dog park.

We would stay here again for the convenience of the location.
