Our stay at Royal Palms was honestly very stressful.
We went two full days without electricity because of a breaker issue. Even after it was “fixed,” the power kept phasing in and out. The water pressure was often just a trickle. During all of this, my brand-new e-bike trike was stolen from the property.
To make matters worse, we believe the unstable electricity burned up the motor in our washer. We had to replace it at a cost of $1,100. The timing feels more than coincidental given the power surges we experienced.
I do want to recognize Mark, the Regional Manager. He truly took good care of us. He was professional, responsive, and made sure we felt heard during a very difficult situation. We are grateful for the way he stepped in and handled things.
Unfortunately, our experience with the on-site manager, Sal, was disappointing. When guests are dealing with stolen property, power outages, and financial loss, empathy and strong customer service matter — and that was lacking.
There are some serious issues here that need attention before we could ever recommend staying.

Great place to stay. Close to the beach. Management and neighbors are nice. Stayed at site 44. Full hook up, pool and laundry. No showers. But that is expected. We will return.

Stay away alot of shady people staying there. They have no water pressure and had problems with the electric.we also had two ebikes stolen. The only good part was the general manager named Mark helped us by getting some money refunded so we could leave. The manager on duty there is rude and un caring, will never go back.

This is not a place you want to live or put your RV. There are a lot of disturbing people that live in the park with a lot of mental health issues. They don’t do screening checks. People live there that are a little bit crazy and do harmful things to people management sucks, specifically a man named Mark, who manages the regional part of it. The local manager Sal is quite pleasant, but the park itself is not safe. Stay out stay away.

Booked thru campspot a site. Took a ride there ahead of time. Had to cancel due to the limited space to back my rig into. I have now waited a month and not received my refund. I have called several times. They acknowledged there is a refund but can't get it to me.
