It's not my favorite campground as I prefer Texas Springs (which is closed in hot weather).
But if you get in the drive-in not RV spaces, it's nice enough.

The campground was very clean and the sites are generous. The rangers on site and at the Visitor Center are courteous and gracious. We wished the weather could have been better (not the fault of NPS!) so we could have stayed our complete stay.

We had heavy rains and flooding. Sections of the roads we covered with mud and rocks. Crews we out very quickly clearing the roads of debris. So cool to see the desert after a rare heavy rain.

Very nice campground with clean facilities. Walking distance to the visitors center and shopping.
