What Guests Are Saying
Furnace Creek Campground is well-maintained with clean bathroom facilities and spacious sites, making it a great choice for campers. Many visitors appreciated the proximity to major attractions and the helpful staff. However, some noted that the sites can be close together and suggested a need for more electric hookups for comfort during hot weather.

Friendly & helpful check-in. The park was fully booked when we were there but the campgrounds were very quiet. Nice level paved pads that weren't too close together with each other.

The camp hosts were easy to find and Rick was super helpful with offering information about the visitor’s center next door and making plans for the visit. I would definitely recommend this campsite for an easy laidback experience in nature.

Camped at one of the walk-to sites. I honestly thought they were further from the road, there really wasn’t much of a walk. For the most part it’s possible to pitch a tent adjacent to the cottonwood trees, which is good for some shade and wind protection. Bigger tents will have less ability to do that though. Washing station and bathrooms are great. Be prepared for the campground to be LOUD at night. Between small spacing and nothing separating sites sound travels. We sure had a lot of inconsiderate neighbors not respecting quiet hours.
