Facilities, including restrooms and showers, are consistently kept in good condition, enhancing the overall camping experience. Camp sites are well kept and overall maintenance is better than most parks I visit. The staff is friendly and very helpful.
For HAM radio operators, this place is top tier. It is located right behind Rim of the World Highschool and allows for great radio communication throughout Southern California as well as our offshore islands.

We absolutely loved this campground. It was clean, so spacious and every site looked great. Our site was probably the most open of them all but we had no issues with privacy as it was quiet. The showers are free and hot! Huge bonus. Would come back in a heartbeat!

Enjoy the campsites, but the guests and high school were quite annoying. There was no warning the high school was hosting tournaments all weekend Friday went til 9pm, Saturday started at 8 am and went til 6pm. Multiple groups played music insanely loud all the way up til 2am on Friday night and had 3 campsites congregated at 1 site. Camp hosts acted like they couldn’t hear it even though I could be heard from across the campground. Saturday they gave them multiple warnings, yet refused to get sheriff involved or ask them to leave. One host made “threats” but no follow through. People will not respect or follow campground rules if there is no follow through and only warnings

Our overall experience was good. Showers were clean ,decent and had hot and cold water. Restrooms were clean most of the time however weekend crowds brought more uncleanliness but employees made sure to stay on top of making sure they stayed clean. Trails were a great experience and accessible in the campground Park was maintained well and safe. We enjoyed our stay at Dogwood and we will definitely return again.

Camping is a real gift. Get outdoors and enjoy the real life. Get out of the Four confining walls that we all feel like is home when you really get out in nature that is really feeling.

This location offers a wonderful opportunity for camping adventures. It is conveniently situated a short ten minutes from Lake Arrowhead. Additionally, it is only fifteen minutes away from Lake Gregory. These nearby lakes provide excellent options for water activities. We hope you enjoy your stay in this picturesque area.
