What Guests Are Saying
Dogwood Campground is consistently praised for its cleanliness, beautiful natural surroundings, and well-maintained facilities, including flush toilets and hot showers. Campers appreciate the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the serene and private atmosphere provided by spacious campsites nestled among trees. While some visitors noted minor inconveniences, such as the price increase for firewood and challenges with tent placement, the overall experience remains highly rated, making it a popular choice for families and repeat visitors.

We needed a late night check in and I supposed I was to go to the front gate kiosk. The camp staff was so kind to bring it to our site. We extended our stay and AGAIN the staff brought the ticket to our site. 100% great!!!

Love everything about this campsite 61, lots of shade and just enough sun. The only negative I have would be the yellow jacket bees that come when your cooking, they leave you alone as long as you don’t scare, just let them 🐝 and you’ll be fine.

Beautiful shady campground. Hot showers (no quarters needed) and very helpful staff. The electrical hookups don't include water. Best to know this going in

This now becomes one of our favorite campsites! Campground is nice, clean, and well-maintained, this including restrooms and bathrooms! We stayed at site 91 and it’s across from the restroom and not too far from the bathroom on the other side. There’s limited cellular signal at this spot which I like as we get here to escape the busy city life. Overall, it was a great stay and definitely come back!
